en Cuevana 3. Lambis, a traffic inspector, falls victim to a misunderstanding when corrupt employees mistake him for a financial inspector. They try to appease him in every way possible in order to hide a book containing suspicious information. Comical situations follow one after another, until the real inspector reveals the truth, putting an end to the commotion.
