The main concept of this saga is that Dr. Robotnik travels through time to find the four Chaos Emeralds which he will use to conquer the universe. Sonic and Tails with the help of Professor Caninestein must chase Robotnik through time and space and stop him from getting the Chaos Emeralds and save the universe.
