This footage is the only known professionally recorded video of Randy Rhoads performing full songs live with Ozzy Osbourne. Additional segments featuring Ozzy or Randy aired on Two on the Town, Entertainment Tonight (early 1982), The Rock Report, and MTV, which awarded Randy Rhoads the Best New Talent Award posthumously in March 1982.
