The Perfect Man en Cuevana 3. Liam is an F to M and lives in Sweden. Maria Åkesson talked with him while he was under hormonal treatment and observed how friends and family reacted to the changes he underwent during therapy. Investigating the emotional, medical and physical effects he experienced, the story is told alternating archive footage with interviews with Liam, his family and friends, in addition to animated sequences and several musical pieces, Liam created for the soundtrack.
